I am based 8 miles from Central Milton Keynes with free parking on site. The practice is run by myself, professional hypnotherapist Emily Heale.

Hypno 4 Weight Loss  covers towns such as Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Bedford, Northampton, Banbury, Towcester, Luton, Leighton Buzzard and Aylesbury but clients are of course welcome from all parts of the country.

Free initial consultation
This normally lasts  30 minutes and is an informal appointment to discuss your goals. During the consultation I will gather information from you, to be able to tailor any subsequent sessions.  There is no obligation and no fee.

Relaxed Eating Programme
A programme of 3 sessions costing £70 each and including a free CD. Sessions last up to 1 hour each depending on what stage of the programme we are at. Sessions usually have a gap of 7 - 10 days between them.
